Yes. We always do a traditional home inspection. We sometimes inspect drainage lines, require an appraisal, or other professional opinions that we may require.

Don't worry. Not many homes are perfect, and reasonable buyers should not expect perfection. We share our inspection report with you. If something substantial is uncovered, we'll review it with you and discuss remedies that work for both sides. We never take on any property that is extreme distress so some deficiencies (like structural defects) may cause us to back out, but that's not normally the case – we want to work with you!
